By purchasing or downloading this Template, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not purchase or use the Product.

1. License & Usage Rights

Upon successful purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Template under the following conditions:

• Personal & Commercial Use: You may use this Template to build unlimited personal or commercial websites for yourself or your clients.

• Modification: You are allowed to modify the code, layout, colors, and content to fit your specific product needs.

2. Restrictions & Prohibited Use

You are strictly prohibited from performing the following actions:

• You cannot sub-license, resell, redistribute, or share the source code of this Template (in whole or in part) on any marketplace, public repository (such as public GitHub), Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, or any other platform.

• You cannot claim ownership of the original base UI architecture or design system layout.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this Product (instant source code access), all sales are final. Once the Template files are downloaded through Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless explicitly stated by local consumer protection regulations or platform policies.

4. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

The Template is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Template will meet all of your requirements or operate error-free across future React/Next.js updates.
